Super Sunday Polo - Car Pass Purchasing

Details and Terms:

Tickets are CAR PASSES, each pass allows entry to all passengers in the vehicle and includes parking.

Passes will be emailed and verified by contactless scan at the entry gates.

  
Guests under 12yrs of age are free admission,  however, they must attend with a car pass holder.

Every car, including an Uber or drop off, needs a ticket car pass for the gate.

Children of all ages are welcome!

Handicap accessible (flat grass), ask policemen for preferred parking. Preferred handicap seating is only for the occupants of the car with handicap sticker.

SUPER SUNDAY shoppers should park and proceed to the sponsor/private hospitality tent located near the North Cabana section at the far end of the polo field on the west side.  Please proceed to the check in table in this tent to check in.

SEATING for VIP:

Access to the Fashionista lounge at the Super Sunday tent.  Private open bar and snacks. Preferred seating for the polo match.

SEATING for General Admission:
A picnic blanket or low chair is recommended. Viewing located on the open east lawn.

ADDITIONAL FOOD AND DRINK:

Each guest may bring small pre-packaged food and drink items for their own personal consumption. Small sharing picnic items such as chips, salsa, nuts, crackers, cookies, are acceptable, (however, trays with fresh or prepped food, buffet serving, bins with alcohol, and large displays of food will be considered an abuse of policy).

DRESS CODE
Spring/Summer picnic chic, casual or dressy Sunday is up to you. Sunglasses, sunscreen and hats are recommended.

What to bring?

DO BRING
-Picnic blankets and low chairs (lawn seating areas)
-Small sharing picnic items such as chips, salsa, nuts, crackers, cookies. Various food trucks available. (Any alcohol must be for personal consumption, no serving or sharing among large groups.)
-Sunscreen, sunglasses, hats

DO NOT BRING
-Tents of any kind
-Umbrellas higher than 4' tall (ones that require a base)
-Folding tables or furniture
-Trays with fresh or prepared food, bins with alcohol, and large displays of food
-Large coolers with alcohol for group consumption
-Banners, signs, balloons

To ensure individual safety, social distancing requirements and government regulations are met, please strictly adhere to the following rules:

COVID POLICY:
Entry: Do NOT come to GPC if any of you:

Are exhibiting any symptoms of the coronavirus: mild to severe respiratory illness with fever, cough, and difficulty breathing, or other symptoms identified by the CDC including a temperature exceeding 99.5 °F.

Have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

Are a vulnerable individual who is elderly and/or an individual with serious underlying health conditions, including high blood pressure, chronic lung disease, diabetes, obesity, asthma, and those whose immune system is compromised such as by chemotherapy for cancer and other conditions requiring such therapy.

Masks: All guests will be expected to wear a mask when not eating or drinking at their seating location, i.e: entering the grounds, transitioning to the restrooms, etc. You may (but we don’t encourage) remove your mask when seated with your group to watch the match and eating or drinking, but only when at least 6 feet from other groups. Attendees are required to provide their own masks. Staff is required to wear Face Masks at all times.

Social Distancing: At all times, please keep a six-foot buffer distance from those who are not a part of your seating group and follow our signs. Ground markings will indicate social distancing when waiting for entry to restrooms, service at Pony Bar, etc. Restrooms will be attended to limit occupancy and perform required cleaning.

Return Policy
All Ticket Sales are final unless rescheduled for inclement weather  &  will have no returns.

TICKET POLICY

Match time, date, teams and team rosters are always subject to change. Tickets are not subject to any refund or exchange and shall bear no cash value. A change in the event schedule (including time, date, tournament or weather) under any circumstance does not entitle ticket purchasers to a refund or exchange.

Only if an event does not take place, solely at the discretion of GPC management, will a ticket for that event be eligible for exchange under the terms of which constitute a "Rain Check".

Under the terms of a Rain Check, the ticket will be eligible for an exchange of a ticket of the same value for another match within 12 months of the originally scheduled event, subject to availability.  

In the event of a cancelation, GPC will publicly announce as soon as a decision is made (website + social media + email to ticket holders). If no announcement has been made otherwise, the match is currently ON.

WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: The bearer recognizes that his/her attendance at the Event is voluntary and may result in personal injury or property damage. The bearer assumes all risk and danger incidental to the Event, including the sport of polo and all warm-ups, practices, and competitions associated with the event.

In no event will GPC or Super Sunday events or HPG LTD   be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages or for lost profits, revenues or business opportunities. This includes purchased catering.

Greenwich Polo Club wants all Guests to be able to enjoy the fun and excitement of our polo events in a safe and comfortable environment. Guests will be treated in a consistent, professional and courteous manner by all GPC staff, and we ask Guests for the same in return. Greenwich Polo Club maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding any Guest who violates the Guest Code of Conduct. Any Guest in violation will be subject to immediate ejection without refund. Greenwich Polo Club strives for a high-level service experience on and off the field and thanks Guests in advance for complying with the Guest Code of Conduct.
